Terms and Conditions


Session Booking Fee” means the monetary cost per play or activity session contracted for.

“Coach” means the individual or individuals employed by Run and Pass Ltd to deliver the play sessions. Every effort will be taken to maintain consistency of the coaches during a term of sessions but Run and Pass Ltd unreservedly retains the right to change the coaching staff, if required.

“Parent/Guardian” means a parent or legal guardian of the participating child and who is the contracting party with Run and Pass Ltd and who shall be responsible for the payment of all fees.

“Carer” means the person or persons who attend the play sessions with the participant and who shall facilitate the payment of all fees.


All play and activity sessions run by Run and Pass Ltd are subject to these terms and conditions. No variation or addition to these terms and conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing by Run and Pass Ltd and the Parent/Guardian/Carer.These terms and conditions shall be deemed to have been accepted by the Parent/Guardian/Carer on behalf of the participant and the Parent/Guardian/Carer shall be responsible as outlined in these terms and conditions.


The Parent/Guardian/Carer agrees to keep all matters relevant to the Run and Pass sessions confidential.

Run and Pass Ltd reserves the right to cancel the scheduled play or activity session for any reason whatsoever. Run and Pass Ltd shall not be liable for any loss or damage as a result of such cancellation.

Responsibility of the Parent/Guardian/Carer

The Parent/Guardian/Carer warrants that the information set out on the booking form is accurate and will notify Run and Pass Ltd immediately of any inaccuracies or any changes. The Parent/Guardian/Carer will be responsible for notifying Run and Pass Ltd of any medical, behavioural or educational requirements when making the booking. The Parent/Guardian/Carer shall ensure that the participant shall not attend sessions whilst suffering any illness or disease that is deemed contagious. The Parent/Guardian/Carer shall not leave the participant unattended at any time before, during or after the sessions. The Parent/Guardian/Carer accepts responsibility for the participant’s behaviour during the sessions and Run and Pass Ltd reserve the right to exclude a participant for unacceptable behaviour either on a permanent or temporary basis and without any refund of a Session Booking Fee.

Exclusion of Liability

The Parent/Guardian/Carer agrees that any grievance or complaint against Run and Pass Ltd will be made in writing within 30 days of the relevant incident or circumstance taking place or becoming manifest. Run and Pass Ltd, its coaches, employees or representatives accept no responsibility under any circumstances for any loss, damage, expense or delay suffered or incurred by the The Parent/Guardian/Carer or any other party arising directly or indirectly or in any way connected with the attendance of the participant at the play or activity sessions or any other act or omission on the part of Run and Pass Ltd or its coaches, employees or representatives even if the act or omission is negligent.All warranties and conditions whether implied by statute or otherwise are excluded from this contract except that nothing in this contract shall restrict or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of Run and Pass Ltd, its coaches, employees or representatives.


Run and Pass Ltd do not accept service of documents via email or fax.The failure by either party to enforce at any time or for any period any one or more of the obligations arising under these Terms shall not be a waiver of them or the right at any time to subsequently to enforce all the obligations arising under these termsThe terms and conditions of this contract shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
